PCI Terminal Services
Summary of your Requirements
HTML5 signatures are best used in cases where the signatory needs to sign remotely on their own device.
You can integrate online sales, new clients’ onboarding and contract signing in a single process – whether on smartphone, tablet, PC or kiosk.
Customers who want to run eSignAnyWhere on their own servers can deploy eSignAnyWhere on-premise. On-premise systems can be maintained by own internal resources or by us under contract.
In addition to convenience and control, additional benefits of the on-premise license are: custom SMS-OTP-Gateway, extended customization, private SMTP servers.
We offer two cloud versions:
Shared-SaaS: Your organisation runs on our shared & cost effective instance.
Private-SaaS: You get a private eSignAnywhere instance, hosted and managed by Namirial.
Benefits of our private SaaS:
– use your own domain name;
– multi-organisations capability;
– support of native mobile apps (iOS, Android, Windows) and their offline capability
– benefits from extended customisation possibilties
– access to additional APIs for advanced integration (e.g. POS)
– improved security: your own unique file encryption keys
– regional server hosting (based on AWS hosting locations)
– custom sealing certificates and crypto options
– custom SMS-OTP gateway options
– custom SMTP server.
Due to our powerful set of APIs, support for customisation and other features, you can integrate eSignAnyWhere seamlessly with your other products and applications. Your customers or employees will not see any difference between the look and feel of your application and the integrated eSignAnyWhere.
In your organization, you can define users and organise them in teams. You can configure access rights to control the access to team documents. For example, you can allow the team manager to access all of the team documents while giving each team member access to only those documents assigned to them, or granting all team members access to all documents.
An envelope is a container for one or more documents to be signed. Users can see the status of an envelope, send reminders or even modify signers with open tasks. They can search by key text or apply filters to help locate an envelope or download a list of envelopes as a CSV (comma separated values) file for offline review.
eSignAnyWhere offers a variety of signature types (Click to Sign, Draw to Sign, Type to Sign, Biometric Signature, Remote Certificates, Disposable Certificates, …) and it allows the sender to control which signature types are available to the signer to select.
The signatures can be electronic signatures, advanced electronic signatures or (in Europe) qualified electronic signatures. For further information regarding signatures, please consult the eSAW user guide and advanced documentation regarding legal aspects of signature types according to the European Unions directives.
Our intuitive web-based signing interface allows the signer to fulfill his tasks with maximum focus on the documents. Additionally, if the signer has to complete a complex task (e.g. fill out forms or required signatures) he is (optionally) guided through the documents. The signer can reject at any time in the process or, when all required tasks are done, finish the document. For more information on how easy it is to sign, please review our signer-guide.
The SOAP or REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) allow developers to integrate eSignAnyWhere with your existing application environments. Through API integration, customers can also embed the eSAW Designer into their existing applications, thus achieving a feature-rich e-signature document composition capability with moderate development effort and minimum re-training for end users.
The integration can be done either totally by us for you, or in collaboration between our development teams, or by your staff. We can provide sample code in C#, a JAVA library (for integration or as sample code), tutorials, documentation and guides. If you need help, feel free to contact us.
